Simultaneous interpreting, consecutive interpreting and meeting assistance
Up to one hour: a single interpreter; daily fee for a single interpreter.
More than one hour: two interpreters; daily fee for up to 6 hours of work, discounting lunch break and other breaks. Additional hours charged separately.
If there is space and/or the number of listeners is large, it is necessary to rent soundproof booths and interpreting equipment. For small spaces, with few listeners, or if the event is dynamic and requires constant interaction between participants (as in meetings and practical training sessions), we recommend renting mobile interpreting equipment without a soundproof booth.

More than two hours: two interpreters; daily fee for up to 6 hours of work, discounting lunch break and other breaks. Additional hours charged separately.
Consecutive interpreting is where the speaker says a few sentences and then the interpreter utters the translated sentences. It does not require the rental of equipment, but it is recommended only for small meetings and short speeches, since it imposes a less dynamic pace to the event. Longer occasions and technical contents are best suited to simultaneous interpreting. It is important to remember that consecutive interpreting makes the event about 60% longer. Therefore, this must be taken into account when calculating the event duration.
Ideally, materials related to the event must be sent to the interpreters at least three days in advance. These may include presentations, schedules, timelines, agendas, speeches, scripts, etc. It is important for interpreters to be familiarized with the topics to be presented and discussed before the event to ensure the highest interpreting quality.
